So my friend and I were coming up with a fun game inspired by the one and only, Hunger Games. Read through the instructions, maybe? And tell me what you think of it so far? And if you have any questions that we can add to the F.A.Q.s please ask.
Object: Find Peeta and return to the Cornucopia before you are attacked.
Age: 8+, or vague knowledge of the Hunger Games.
Players: Minimum of 3 tributes, 1 Gamemaker.
Setting: Outdoors. Nighttime preferably, although daytime works as well.
Rules: 1) If you have been attacked, you must return to the Cornucopia for _ minutes. 2) Tributes cannot attack Gamemakers. 3) Tributes must stay at Cornucopia for _ minutes if attacked. Fast counting is allowed.
Gamemakers: Can attack whenever, and tributes must return to the Cornucopia for _ minutes. May guard the Cornucopia so tributes that have been attacked do not leave early. Hide Peeta. Control the arena. (Ex. "Tornado has struck! Find shelter within the next _ minute(s) or be sent to the Cornucopia" etc.)
Weapons: Water guns, water balloons, cups filled with water, water balls, etc. (Can be anything you wish) will be scattered throughout the Cornucopia at the beginning of the game. If (ex.), a tribute aims a gun at another tribute, the tribute (if hit) must return to the Cornucopia for _ minutes. Buckets containing water will be distributed throughout the arena so tributes may refill ammunition.
Tributes: Alliances may be formed before the Games or during. Tributes are prone to attacks from Gamemakers, as well from fellow tributes. If attacked and hit, tribute must return to Cornucopia for _ minutes. Tributes cannot attack Gamemakers. When tributes are attacked and sent to Cornucopia, Gamemaker(s) manning Cornucopia must announce it via canon.
Peeta: Is hidden by the Gamemakers before game has begun. Peeta is the grand prize, if tribute discovers and returns Peeta to the Cornucopia without being slain, tribute wins the game. Peeta must be hidden within the Arena boundaries.
Feasts: Gamemakers must fire canon at the beginning of a feast and announce loudly that there are prizes waiting for them at the Cornucopia. The Gamemakers set up weapons that have been forgotten and tributes run for them. The feast may also consist of real prizes, such as money, snacks, hint to wear Peeta is hidden, etc.
F.A.Q.s
Do Gamemakers have to say which tribute has been attacked and sent to Cornucopia? No. They simply must fire the canon.
Where should Gamemakers hide Peeta? Wherever inside the Arena boundaries. Remember; do not hide him too hard so that tributes will never find him, and not too high up for short tributes to ever see!
What are the boundaries of the arena? It depends on the amount of tributes that have been entered; five tributes would take a fairly large yard, and ten would take a field.
Key:
Canon = Bell, bullhorn, etc.
Peeta = Large towel, blanket, flag, etc.
Cornucopia = Large area in middle of arena.
Tributes = Players.

(lost that too, though. :grump:) (On the first freaking round omg.) And of course, skated. Gah, so only yesterday did I figure out how to put songs onto my mp3 player directly from the internet, and I blasted them whilst speeding around the rink like a boss. It. Was. EPIC! And then I met this girl a few years younger than me, and she helped me improve my french curl and backwards skating. Now I can do it [backwards] about as fast as no
